About The Spread PDX
The Spread offers a variety of charcuterie services, including cheese boards, catered events and picnics, as well as packed charcuterie to-go boxes. All items are carefully selected and artfully arranged. Order from our website or find us at a variety of events around Portland throughout the year.
What’s included
Catered Charcuterie Picnics on location - Includes design, set up and take down, driving, food, beverages, use of decor, lawn games, bluetooth speaker.
Catered Spreads for events -Includes design, set up and take down, driving, food, beverages, table decoration, table, serving ware, staff on site.
Cheese Boards and To-go Charcuterie boxes - Includes the chosen box or board arranged, packaged for travel, and to unwrap and enjoy. Pick up and delivery options available.
Gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options available for most services and products for a small additional fee
How we price
A lot goes into putting together our spreads. Time is spent making and shopping for seasonal items and ingredients, prepping, packing, driving and setting up. We do not charge extra for delivery in the Portland-Metro area.
Pricing is based on the number of people, the type of meal, ingredients, plate size, etc. We want to calculate everything perfectly, but it's not an exact science.
Where we operate
We are a small crew working out of Portland, OR. Currently our services are only available in the Portland metro area.
