The Spread began with a creative passion for one of life's greatest pleasures - Cheese.

The Spread was started by the ‘Camacho Cheese Gals’ - Celina Camacho and her two cheesy nieces, Malia and Massiel - with the goal of delivering charcuterie boards and cheesy delight to Portland picnickers. The gals share a fondness for fondue, a soft spot for soft cheeses, and a passion for perfectly packed picnics.
